About our rates:

To make your stay easy, comfortable and simple, our rates:

Are all inclusive - there are no other fees for cleaning., linens or anything else
Include a local Paris contact to greet you on arrival, to show you the apartment and, should problems arise, to act as your emergency contact
Are quoted in US$ - our costs are mostly fixed in US dollars so please compare our rates with Euro rates. We hope that you too can save on the high Euro exchange rate
Are payable by credit card or personal check
Are subject to change until you reserve and make the confirming deposit – this locks in your price
Are the same price year-round … there really is no slow season in Paris … it is wonderful in all seasons, so we only have one price no matter when you plan to visit

Current Rates:

Weekly rate: US $2,775 - all inclusive (this is for 7 nights - additional nights can be
pro-rated)

Minimum stay / rate: 5 nights @ US $2,375 - all inclusive

Stays of 3+ weeks and 3+ months: we offer substantial discounts beginning at 3 weeks and 3 months. Please contact us with your firm or approximate dates for a rate quote.

Availability:

We only rent our own place and do not maintain an online calendar. Please let us know your planned or estimated arrival and departure days. We normally respond within 24 hours to confirm availability, offer options and confirm the rate

Please note: we do not have a specific day of week check in/out and we can be flexible about arrival/departure times – just let us know your plans and we will do our best to accommodate.
